I’m excited to be bottling

So far we are through the La Crescent, Frontenac Blanc, Frontenac Gris, Seyval Blanc, Talon Crest, Traminette, Merlot, and Syrah. Today we have Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc/Syrah. Tomorrow is the Rubique blend. Then it’s time to get ready for harvest and start it all over again!
