Can I Bring food/beverages on property?

We do not allow any outside food (including desserts/cakes), beverages, or coolers on our property. If you are looking for food options while visiting us, please visit our Patio Bistro Page for menu options and more information.

If you are looking to celebrate an event with cake and/or decorations, please visit our Courtyard Cabana Page.

Can I bring my Dog?

Of course! We want to assure a good experience for of all our four-legged and two-legged visitors. Dogs are welcome on the grassy areas of the picnic grove area. They must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Please make sure your dog is fully socialized and immunized. No pets on the Patio Bistro, Veranda, Pavilion or in the Wine Store or Cabanas.

Are Children Allowed?

Absolutely! We are a family-friendly establishment. We kindly ask that all children are closely supervised and not left unattended at any time on our property. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

Do you take group Vistis/reservations?

The Winery at Sovereign Estate is dedicated to giving our guests the best winery experience in the Midwest. For the enjoyment of all our guests, we ask that parties of 8 or more make prior arrangements by scheduling a Guided Wine Tasting or renting a Courtyard Cabana.

All group tours, buses and/or limos must have prior arrangements before arriving on property. Please send a detailed request to reservations@sovereignestatewine.com.

We reserve the right to turn away any group of 8 or more that did not make prior arrangements before arriving on property.

Do You allow Decorations?

All decorations, balloons, and table decor are not allowed on our property. If you wish to celebrate at the Winery, we do offer designated event space that can be reserved in advance. Please visit our Courtyard Cabana Page or contact us at reservations@sovereignestate.com for private arrangements.

Do you host Weddings or Private Events?

We no longer host weddings on our property, including rehearsal dinners of any size. During the week Tuesday - Thursday, we may offer accommodations for small, corporate events. To inquire about these private events, please visit our Private Event Page or consider renting your own Courtyard Cabana.

Is Professional Photography Acceptable?

Although we are honored that many people want to use our property for a beautiful backdrop for photos, we do NOT allow professional photography on our property.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Narcotic, other illicit drugs, and Cannabis use in all forms (smoking, pills, gummies vaping, etc.) is strictly PROHOBITTED for all guests on property. Tobacco use is restricted to outside near the firepit area and/or 50 feet from the building.

• BAD BEHAVIOR: Please drink responsibly. We are a family-friendly establishment that follows all the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Rules and Regulations regarding alcohol service. Inebriated patrons will be asked to leave the property immediately.
