Sundays at Sovereign
End the weekend with relaxing notes of wine and music! This weekly musical series features live music from an assortment of talented soloists that range from jazz, americana, blues, and soft rock. Music is performed on Patio Bistro from 1:00 - 5:00 PM. With stunning views of The Estate and an easygoing atmosphere, there is no other place that you will rather be than Sundays at Sovereign!

Carol Z loves to entertain, tell stories and connect with her audience! Carol covers songs from as early as the 1920’s all the way to current pop chart hits. Her voice is smooth, often described as velvety, but she can belt out Bonnie Raitt and Janis Joplin when the venue calls for it. She plays guitar, keys, percussion, and a number of other song enhancing instruments...always surprising her listeners.
