Experience Sovereign Estate’s Bistro and Wines in a new way with a two hour cabana dining reservation. Each cabana creates a serene ambiance that comfortably accommodates groups of 2 to 8, making it an ideal venue for friends, family, or small celebrations. Enjoy personalized service from our dedicated team, while indulging in exquisite wines and delightful culinary offerings.

CABANA DINING

  • Offered on select Thursdays-Sundays beginning in May

    • Reservations are strongly recommended. Walk-in’s accepted if space is available.

  • $50 for a two hour cabana rental

    • Royal Wine Club and Barrel Members get 50% off cabana reservations.

  • Each cabana accommodates groups of 2 to 8 people.

  • Cabanas will have their own private server with an option to order off our full Bistro and Wine Menu.

    • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

SEATED TASTINGS

Indulge in an unforgettable journey with 1.5 oz pours of 6 carefully curated wines, beginning with sparkling followed by whites, rosés, and reds. This intimate tasting experience is designed to enhance your understanding and appreciation of fine wines while offering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in our Cabanas.

  • Seated Tastings can be added to your cabana reservation when booking online.

  • Seated Tastings are $25 per person and will be added to your tab upon arrival.

  • Includes 1.5oz pours of 6 wines poured by your server.

  • Seated Tastings are ONLY available with a cabana rental.
