Hours of Operation
Hours of operation change seasonally at Sovereign Estate. Occasionally, to accommodate private events, we will also close early or for the entire day. To guarantee we will be here to greet you with a smile, please check our website and/or social media accounts before coming to visit.

Wine Store Hours
The Wine Store is open for retail and merchandise sales during the following hours.
Mon-Tues: Closed
Wed-Thur: 12pm-6pm
Fri: 12pm-9pm
Sat-Sun: 12pm-6pm
Tasting Hours

The Bistro Hours
Our Bistro is open during posted seasonal hours for outdoor/indoor seating. Weather permitting. The Bistro closes an hour before winery closes. Dining Reservations can be made here.

The Winery
The winery is open during seasonal hours for wine by the glass and bottle. Last call will be 30 minutes before closing.
