For the first time ever, take a step back in time to experience the best of Sovereign Estate Wines! Taste through a selection of impeccable library wines aged to peak drinkability and just pulled out of our very own private library cellar to share with you. Led by Ben Banks and Isaac Savaryn, explore the evolution of each wine from when they were first bottled.

  • Offered on Saturday & Sunday from March 8th-16th by appointment only.

    • Saturday & Sunday at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm

  • $35 per person for non-members.

    • Royal Wine Club and Barrel Members get $10 off per person.

    • If you are a member, you can book directly on Tock with your member account or email reservations@sovereignestatewine.com to book your Barrel Tasting.

  • A limited quantity of these exclusive wines will be available for purchase after your tasting. No discounts will be available due to the rarity.

  • Tastings are limited to 12 guests per session. They are offered promptly at the start of every hour. Please arrive a few minutes early to check-in. Must be 21 or older and have valid ID to participate.

Something exciting is always happening at Sovereign Estate. Live Music, Wine Festivals and plenty of Food & Wine events help to make your visit to the Winery extra memorable. Please note that many of our events require special admission pricing, so be sure to make your reservations in advance!
