The Bistro
The Bistro at Sovereign Estate offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy a delightful dining experience. Our menu features a variety of seasonal dishes paired with our award-winning wine list showcasing wines made and grown on our Estate. Guests can choose to dine indoors or on the scenic outdoor patio, where they can take in views of the estate's picturesque surroundings. The Bistro is open during posted seasonal hours for indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting). The Bistro and Bar closes 30 minutes prior to closing.
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday-Thursday: 12pm-6pm
Friday-Saturday: 12pm-9pm
Sunday: 12pm-6pm
