Start your holiday season at Sovereign Estate during our Spirit of Winter - Festival of Lights! On November 30th, we are offering our members a festive dining experience inside our wine production area.
A toast to the season starts with your first glass of Cameo Rosé while you mingle with other guests.
Passed appetizers included: Shrimp Crostini, Homemade Sausage Puff Pastry Piggies and Oyster Patties English Cucumber and Rye Canapes. A charcuterie platter awaits you at the table.
First Course - Five Onion Bisque followed by our Estate Pear Salad
Then your choice of Entrees:
Sovereign Prime Cut Rib Roast Paired with Rubique: Mixed Mashed Potatoes and Asiago Stuffed Brussel Sprouts
Maple Glazed Salmon Paired with La Crescent: Mediterranean Spiced Rice, Parsnips and Carrots
Vegan Stuffed Portabella Paired with Itasca: Beans and Rice, Parsnips and Carrots
Followed by decadent desserts!
$150 per person includes choice of entree, 2 glasses of wine and admission to the Spirit of Winter. Members may invite 2 guests.
